Domestic Shipping (Japan)

To prevent loss or damage during delivery, we generally recommend a shipping method with face-to-face delivery. However, you can choose from the following methods depending on your purchase amount and needs.

Free Shipping
Free shipping is available for orders over 9,000 JPY (tax included).

Shipping Methods

1. Takkyubin Compact (Yamato Transport): 700 JPY

  • Face-to-face delivery (Handed over by the driver).
  • Compensation: Up to 30,000 JPY.
  • Date/Time Designation: You can designate the delivery date and time via the Kuroneko Members website using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.

2. Nekopos (Yamato Transport): 350 JPY

  • Available for orders under ¥7,000 and qualifying sizes only.
  • Postbox delivery (Delivered to your mailbox).
  • Date/Time Designation: Not available.
  • Compensation: Up to 3,000 JPY (tax included).

※For gifts or if you are concerned about delivery accidents, we recommend "Takkyubin Compact" for face-to-face delivery.

 

International Shipping

Carrier: EMS (Express Mail Service)

Shipping Fees by Region:

  • United States: ¥3,900
  • Canada, Australia, New Zealand: ¥3,150
  • Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand:: ¥1,900
  • Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan: ¥1,450

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For U.S. Customers)
All orders to the United States are shipped via Japan Post Express Mail Service (EMS) with full tracking and insurance.

Orders under $100 USD: Eligible for duty-free entry under U.S. regulations. No additional customs duties will be charged.

Orders over $100 USD: Customs duties will be calculated and collected directly at checkout. We prepay all applicable duties and fees on your behalf prior to shipment. You will not be charged any unexpected fees or customs bills upon delivery.

  • We currently do not ship to countries outside the areas listed above.
  • United States: Customs duties and import taxes are collected directly at checkout. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery.
  • Other Countries: Import duties, taxes, and handling fees are not included and remain the responsibility of the recipient upon arrival.
