International Shipping
We do not ship internationally from this online store. International customers, please visit our Etsy shop to place your order.

Domestic Shipping (Japan Only)

To prevent loss or damage during delivery, we generally recommend a shipping method with face-to-face delivery. However, you can choose from the following methods depending on your purchase amount and needs.

Free Shipping
Free shipping is available for orders over 9,000 JPY (tax included).

Shipping Methods

1. Takkyubin Compact (Yamato Transport): 700 JPY

  • Face-to-face delivery (Handed over by the driver).
  • Compensation: Up to 30,000 JPY.
  • Date/Time Designation: You can designate the delivery date and time via the Kuroneko Members website using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.

2. Nekopos (Yamato Transport): 350 JPY

  • Available only for orders under 7,000 JPY.
  • Postbox delivery (Delivered to your mailbox).
  • Date/Time Designation: Not available.
  • Compensation: Up to 3,000 JPY (tax included).

※For gifts or if you are concerned about delivery accidents, we recommend "Takkyubin Compact" for face-to-face delivery.
