We cannot accept cancellations or changes to orders after the order process is completed. Please check the product and size carefully before ordering.
Returns and Exchanges
【Defective or Incorrect Items】
Please contact us via the CONTACT page within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a return or exchange.
※The return deadline is 14 days from the delivery date.
【Returns and Exchanges for Customer Convenience】
We accept returns or exchanges only for unused items. Please contact us via the CONTACT page within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for items meeting the following conditions:
・Earrings (Non-returnable due to hygiene reasons)
・Items showing signs of use
・Items with lost, damaged, or soiled accessories (Box, Pouch, etc.)
・Pre-order items
・Made-to-order items
・Customized or resized items
・Items where more than 8 days have passed since arrival
【Incorrect Shipping Address】
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or due to relocation, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the re-shipping fees.
